From eSports to Track Day: NASCAR and Logitech G Expand Alliance to Bring Precision Simulation to Drivers and Fans

NASCAR and Logitech G Partner to Support Sim Racing

NASCAR and Logitech G have announced the extension of their existing relationship, positioning Logitech G as an official partner of NASCAR.

As part of the joint agreement, Logitech G becomes the Official Sim Racing Hardware Partner of NASCAR. The partnership will focus heavily on elevating the sim-to-reality pipeline, showcasing how elite virtual racing technology mirrors the intense physical and technical demands of a NASCAR race car.

From grassroots esports competitors to professional drivers refining their race craft ahead of Sunday, the alliance highlights the crucial role high-fidelity simulation plays in modern motorsports.

โ€œMost sports have a version you can play in your backyard. Getting behind the wheel of a race car is a different challenge. Sim racing helps close that gap, and Logitech Gโ€™s hardware brings a physical connection to the experience,โ€ said Nick Rend, NASCAR Vice President of Interactive and Emerging Platforms.

โ€œExpanding this partnership is about bringing that experience to more people and building a stronger connection to NASCAR.โ€

Professional drivers and simulator enthusiasts alike rely heavily on high-end hardware to study tracks, test lines, and maintain sharp competitive instincts between race weekends.

โ€œWhat makes this partnership so special is how it elevates the fans, letting them experience the same connection and feel for the track right from their own homes that we rely on as pros,โ€ said Denny Hamlin, NASCAR Cup Series driver for Joe Gibbs Racing and Logitech G ambassador.

โ€œSim racing is an essential tool for preparation and bringing that level of realism directly to the community is a massive win for everyone who loves the sport.โ€

The partnership will come to life across multiple touchpoints throughout the NASCAR season, including immersive activation zones at select race tracks, integrated branding across eNASCAR broadcasts, and joint content campaigns featuring NASCAR drivers who heavily utilize Logitech Gโ€™s PRO Series racing wheels and TRUEFORCE technology for training and competition.

โ€œRacing is in our DNA, and the boundary line between the digital grid and the real-world track has never been thinner,โ€ said Cory Church, Head of Gaming, Logitech G.

โ€œNASCAR represents the pinnacle of fierce, competitive stock car racing and weโ€™re proud to be both continuing and extending our partnership.

โ€œWe are giving drivers and fans alike the ultimate tools to experience every apex, slipstream, and victory firsthandโ€”whether they are in a motion rig at home or strapping into the real thing on race day.โ€
